Josie Bauknecht is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2020. She completed both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from
Shenandoah University. She began working in the field of ABA providing in-home therapy to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She expanded her experience to providing ABA services for elementary, middle, and high school student populations as her school’s BCBA. In this role, Josie also
provided ABA consulting, crisis and de-escalation intervention, creation and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) for students, and worked school-wide for both classroom and student management and support. While working in the
school system, Josie began working with Old Town ABA part-time, to which she expanded to a full time in the summer of 2023. She worked with clients of all age ranges, demographics, and diagnosis to provide therapeutic consultative services and develop behavior support plans for targeted areas of concern for
clients and caregivers. Most recently, Josie became Old Town ABA’s first Director of Operations,working under the direction of Owner and CEO, Rachel Evans, BCBA, LBA. Josie now provides oversight to Old Town ABA’s clients and consultants and handles multiple aspects of the business’ operations. She has experience working with individuals with ASD, emotional disabilities, intellectual disabilities, various cognitive and physical impairments and/or deficits and delays. In her free time, Josie enjoys traveling, hiking, watching sports with her significant other, and indulging her sweet tooth in iced
coffees.

Agnes Lynch is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2018. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Radford University and a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Agnes has experience working with individuals with ASD, emotional disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and various cognitive impairments.
Prior to obtaining certification as a behavior analyst, Agnes worked as a Behavior Specialist in the public schools, where she gained experience in the creation and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) for elementary, middle, and high school students. Agnes is a Safety Care trainer, which is a crisis management training that provides the skills and competencies necessary to effectively minimize, prevent and manage behavioral challenges with dignity and safety.
In her free time, Agnes enjoys kayaking with her husband, and playing with her two dogs.

Hannah Johnson is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine, with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis beginning in 2012. Her primary focus is on fostering positive outcomes for clients through collaborative efforts with individuals, families, and support teams.
Hannah earned her Master's degree in School Psychology from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Goshen College. To further specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis, she completed the Post-Graduate ABA Course Sequence from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016 while completing her fieldwork in the public school setting.
With a diverse professional background, Hannah has served as a Director of Continuing Education at a tech start-up, a Continuous Improvement Consultant with Harvard University, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Rockingham County Public Schools. Her passion for life-long learning is evident through her engagement in conference presentations, webinars, and local professional development sessions, where she shares insights on behavioral change for both systems and individuals.
Beyond her clinical life, Hannah is a professional visual artist, expressing her creativity through painting, drawing, and watercolor. This dual expertise in behavior analysis and visual arts underscores her holistic approach to understanding and supporting individuals.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and lounging around the house with her husband and young daughter.

Jessica “Jessie” Ingersoll is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science, Masters in Teaching, and Masters in Education from James Madison University between 2015-2017. She is also a licensed Special Education teacher.
Jessie has experience working in a private day placement for students diagnosed with ASD, emotional disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and various cognitive and physical impairments. She served students ranging from 4-16 years of age, and targeted skills according to the needs of each student (i.e. maladaptive behaviors, life skills, social skills, academics, etc.). She also has experience working for a public school system, providing support to educators on how to use evidence based, behavioral strategies, across elementary, middle and high school settings. She worked for an Edtech company as well, in order to provide more global, intensive trainings to educators, and to further expand her skillset outside of educational settings, Jessie worked in a clinical setting via Telehealth. Throughout all of her roles, she supervised Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provided support to school staff pursuing their BCBA credential. She also implemented parent training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Functional Analyses (FAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) when appropriate.
In her free time, Jessie likes to make new memories with her husband, three kids and two German shepherds. She also enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, baking, and functional strength training.

Kat is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2020. Kat earned her Bachelors and Masters in Education with James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Kat worked as a classroom teacher in the public school settings for 6 years. Kat was tutoring a child with Autism when she learned about the fascinating field of ABA. She returned to school to complete her post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech. Kat worked as a BCBA in Florida for individuals with Autism across all settings, including clinic, school, in home and the community. Kat became Clinical Director of her previous company and specialized in training and supporting new BCBAs, parents and caregivers. Kat created detailed plans that included individualized skill acquisition goals, reduction behavior programming, life and social skills useful for everyday activities within the naturalistic environment to promote generalization. Kat recently moved to Virginia with her husband and her son. In her spare time, Kat enjoys spending time with her family, working out and getting outside!

Anay Beck is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2013. She completed her Master of Science in Special Education and continued on to obtain her BACB certificate from Ball State University. Anay originally began her career path as a Special Education Teacher and taught students with Autism, multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disabilities. Anay began to learn the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2011 when working at Northwestern Regional Educational Programs (NREP) when they partnered with Commonwealth Autism, in which BCBA’s would support the classroom and train staff on the utilization of ABA. She saw the effectiveness of ABA when teaching new skills to her students and the meaningful behavior change it provided them. She wanted to expand her knowledge and began her ABA journey at the Aurora School, which allowed her to be immersed in ABA all day, and then after obtaining her ABA license, she expanded her skill set and worked as a school BCBA across multiple school divisions, such as Frederick, Clarke, and Winchester. As a school BCBA, Anay provided training and coaching to teachers, developed behavior intervention plans, completed functional behavior assessments (FBA’s), maintained data collection, collaborated with school staff, and provided crisis management training. After experiencing life as a school BCBA, Anay moved on to private companies to provide ABA services to clients in the home setting, in which she provided parent training, supervision to the behavior therapist, and behavioral skills training (BST) to teach new skills and behaviors. Anay also worked in the clinic setting as a Clinical Supervisor and in that role, she supervised behavior therapists, collaborated with fellow BCBA’s, developed functional behavior assessments (FBA), completed intake of new clients, and maintained and completed data collection, and treatment records. Anay is passionate about her role as a BCBA, and found the same passion with Old Town ABA, and is excited to expand her knowledge and use her current skill set and experience to continue to provide a meaningful life to individuals with various abilities. Anay has 4 kids that keep her busy and happy, and enjoys the outdoors, her friend time, reading, and adventures.

Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2020. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology from West Virginia University before pursuing a Masters of Art in Teaching Special Education from Liberty University. Elizabeth worked as a Special Education teacher in private and public school settings for 8 years before completing her post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech. Elizabeth has worked as a BCBA Program Supervisor for individuals Autism and other developmental disabilities the home and clinic settings since 2021. During that time she provided supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy, as well as collaboration and training to parents and other stakeholders. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, running, cooking, baking, and reading.

Laura Robles is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2013. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology with Old Dominion University, a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. After living overseas for 10 years, during her husband’s assignment with the Air Force, Laura moved to Virginia in 2011. Shortly after moving to Virginia, she discovered Applied Behavior Analysis and developed a passion for helping individuals improve their lives using ABA. Prior to working as a therapeutic consultant with Old Town ABA, LLC., Laura served as a clinical supervisor and associate director for a company providing services for individuals who had been diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. During that time, she provided supervision and training to a diverse team of behavior technicians and worked closely with families and other professionals to develop behavior support plans and provide clinical, in-home, community, and virtual therapy. Specialties have included natural environment teaching, daily living skills, social skills training, functional communication, positive behavior support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and caregiver training. In her free time, Laura enjoys playing tennis, painting, traveling when possible, and spending quality time with her husband, two teenage children, and their Cavalier-mix dog.
Laura is a fantastic BCBA with many years of experience in assessments and behavior plan writing, and has worked in the in-home ABA setting. Laura is detail oriented and also creates highest of quality, specialized behavior support plans.

Meghan Hendricks is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2021. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Shepherd University, a M.Ed. in Elementary Education from American Public University, a M.Ed. in Autism Spectrum Disorder from West Virginia University, and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from West Virginia University. Meghan was first introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis in 1998 as an in-home behavior technician. Meghan learned to appreciate and celebrate every step towards progress. Prior to obtaining certification as a behavior analyst, Meghan taught special education for elementary students who have been diagnosed with autism. Along with working as a therapeutic consultant, Meghan serves as a BCBA for a school system in West Virginia. As a BCBA for a school system, Meghan works closely with teachers to develop behavior interventions to help students gain the skills necessary for success in school. Meghan has experience training staff, social skills, daily living skills, and functional communication. In her free time, Meghan enjoys watching documentaries, reading mystery novels, traveling, and spending time with her daughter.
Meghan is an excellent BCBA with extensive experience in the public school setting and in consultative services for teens and adults. Meghan is fantastic at communicating with the service team and developing the highest quality behavior support plans.
