We currently accept Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver (CL & FIS) Self-pay is always an option and gives rapid access to services!
We have the ability to serve every county in Virginia- no exceptions!
Payments: We bill directly to VA Medicaid.
Any self-pay and private pay services are collected by check, credit card payment, and/or PayPal.
Our Behavior Consultant Team
We are providing you with the best, most compassionate disability services possible! Our tight-nit group of BCBA's mentor each other to ensure our ABA services are top notch. Each behavior consultant has their specialities and expertise, and everyone has years of behavior analytic experience and experience with individuals with Autism.
Every BCBA is an expert in treating and assessing Autism Spectrum Disorder, and co-morbidities. Therapeutic Consultation under the DD Waiver is our most coveted service! Old Town ABA takes pride in only contracting with behavior consultants certified by the BACB© as Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A BCBA-owned company with a mindset of prioritizing the values and needs of the client and maintaining a positive, solution-based therapeutic relationship among the team. Each behavior analyst acts with poise, grace, and a positive attitude.

Where do you provide services?
Virtually all over Virginia (we have exclusive Telehealth clients), but our hybrid or in-person services range across the Shenandoah Valley, Harrisonburg, Northern Virginia (Loudoun, Fairfax, etc.), Charlottesville, Fredericksburg/Stafford, Richmond, Petersburg, Lynchburg, and Prince George/Rappahannock Area.
Do you have an office/clinic? No, our services are implemented virtually and on-site (homes, day programs, group home, school, etc.) in a consultative manner across caregivers and providers.
