Old Town ABA specializes in Therapeutic Behavior Consultation under the Virginia DD Waiver (FIS & CL). Our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide dynamic, evidence-based services tailored to individuals with disabilities of all ages and behavioral challenges. We believe in fostering meaningful progress through hybrid (telehealth + in-person) and fully virtual consultation models.

We provide Therapeutic Consultation and ABA Therapy Consultation across all of Virginia, including both urban and rural areas. Our home base is Winchester, VA, but we serve every city and town in Virginia via telehealth and in-person visits. We proudly collaborate with numerous Community Service Boards (CSBs), such as:

What is therapeutic consultation?

Our Therapeutic Consultation Model is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and focuses on collaboration, assessment, and training to create individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that drive meaningful change.

Our Process:

1. Assessment: Conducted virtually or in-person using interviews, data collection, and formal assessments (FBA, QABF, FAST, VBMAPP).
2. Behavior Support Plan (BSP): A comprehensive, trauma-informed, and data-driven plan developed to guide interventions, skill-building, and behavior reduction.
3. Ongoing Consultation & Training: BCBAs train service teams, parents, and individuals on BSP implementation, data collection, and ABA strategies.
